My master thesis project at Chalmers University of Technology which was done at Yolean. The task was to develop the user interface in order to facilitate the implementation of a digital tool. The result is a user interface as well as a video tutorial explaining a feature of the tool.

Retrospect and Learnings
Working with software developers
During this project I worked closely with software developers. This gave me a better understanding of the perspectives of developers and also what information that is of importance in order for them to do their work. This also taught me to be humble as I could not be sure how the final design would look like after the use tests.
Working during a global pandemic
I was working with this project at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic which meant that circumstances and conditions changed rapidly. For example, since physical connections were limited we had to change our use test from physical to digital. This challenged my creativity and ability to learn new things and gather information quickly.
If I would have continued…
I would have liked to explore more aspects of the implementation further than creating a support for implementation. I wished that we could dive into aspect of culture and efficient implementation strategies.
