Three Lessons from Autumn
- Like the flowers are fading to restore energy: Give your inner life attention. 
- When days are getting shorter giving more time for darkness: Look into parts of yourself which you are not so proud of and embrace them and try to work with them. It can sometimes be hard to recognise our shadows.
